Wauchope Cottage with its beautiful garden, is in a quiet area in the
centre of Langholm, five minutes on foot from the High Street with its
shops, banks, hotels and Post Office.
The accommodation is a twin room with its own private bathroom/shower and sitting room with terrestrial TV.
Situated on the A7 between Carlisle and Hawick, Langholm is an ideal
base for touring the border counties of Scotland and England with their
beautiful scenery, abbeys, castles and historic monuments including
Hadrian’s Wall. It is also thirteen miles from Gretna, the
wedding capital of Scotland.
